Leaks of Windows 8.1 Pro have a traditional Start bar

More evidence that the next Windows product key update will have a comeback to the traditional Start Menu.
According to a topic posted on the My Digital Life forum by DUF members, the next version of Windows will have a traditional Start Menu hybrid style with flat design.
The article also posted an image to prove this information. In the picture, we can see that the Windows version is Windows 8.1 product key, the version code is Build 9788. So, probably the changes are on the upcoming update for Windows 8.1, not a session. New Windows versions such as Windows 9 or Windows Threshold.
Leaked Windows 8.1 has a traditional Start bar.
Earlier, since Windows 8 product key launch, Microsoft has "completely" changed the traditional Start Menu, replaced by the "brick" Modern UI screen. Then the user was expecting a familiar Start button, but Windows 8.1 product key, and then Windows 8.1 Update 1 were not.
If the information above is correct then the "hybrid" Start Menu will be split into two separate sections. The left side is the traditional Start menu, containing a list of commonly used or user-created applications, including full names and icons. On the right are brick-like applications similar to the current Modern UI screens on Windows 8, 8.1, 8.1 Update 1.
In addition, on the lower left side there is a search box; The lower right hand side is the option to shutdown, restart or hibernate.
